Hypnosis is a tool that utilizes the power of the whole mind to bring about change and growth. When the subconscious is allowed to speak, it brings depth and understanding to issues affecting us. It has been characterized as a state of inner absorption, concentration, relaxation and focused attention. Some call it a "non-ordinary" state. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis; self-control of mind and body, full capacity and self-sovereignty are hallmarks of my practice. Clients are able to speak, converse and answer questions while in hypnosis. Often, they will describe their inner journey and relate powerful insights as they work and process.
